This barndominium floor plan is a 4 bed, 3 and a half bath barndominium plan.This plan can double as a shophouse. This barndominium plan features a 1500+ SF garage/shop. Upon entering the home you are greeted by a 2 story great room. The oversized kitchen has a 10 foot island and a walk-in corner pantry. The large master suite has a his and her walk-in closet. The master bath has room for a freestanding slipper tub and a six foot custom shower. The second story has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and an office. This barndominium can be built using a metal building kit, post frame kit, or a conventional wood frame kit giving you a total pricing advantage no matter what market you are in.
